⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been a Nissan fan for many years, and the team at this dealership has always been friendly and welcoming. I recently came in for a brake rotor and brake pad replacement. There was some confusion regarding the pricing, but Manager John Zacharewich immediately stepped in and took care of the situation. He was professional, understanding, and genuinely focused on helping me. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. I really appreciate John’s assistance and the way he handled everything. Thank you for making sure I left satisfied. Highly recommend this dealership!

We were sent by another Maus dealership to look at a truck. It became very apparent that the sales lady (though nice) and her manager were more concerned about what they wanted to sell and not what the customer wanted. Asked to see one type of vehicle and they insisted on showing a different one and almost arguing about it . They also seem to think potential customers are a taxi for their salespeople to get to other Maus dealerships. Not happy did not look at the engine they are giving me employee problems which I put down 23,000 and finance the rest it was 32,900 so I only owe less than 10,000 and Patrick the sales guy did not send me the picture of the car and I am own boss as a nurse and I have to show 3 months of employment I get paid cash it wagst is I am not happy!!??

I have.bought 6 trucks and 3 cars from this dealership so I think I can give a fair assessment. The service department has always been very good. The only issue with them is just when I get comfortable with a service advisor they leave. Not sure why. Sales has been hit and miss. My last 2 experiences though have been great. The negative experience I’ve had is with detailing. When you buy a new vehicle it should be delivered spotless. As I'm starting my search for a new car, Maus Nissan has been a pleasant place to start. I worked with the sales rep. Josh. He as made himself available to answer any questions I have had about the cars. He's very attentive and listens to what what needs are. Josh has been very fair and informative on my purchases. Its been very pleasant working with them.
Christian was an exceptional person to work with. He maintained excellent communication while I was at work, setting me up efficiently. By the time I finished work, the car was meticulously detailed and ready for a test drive. I was able to complete all the necessary paperwork and finalize the transaction promptly. I’ve always used Maus Nissan to service my Nissan which I purchased used from a competitor. I’ve always had excellent service until my last experience where I purchased a new vehicle. I found the finance department to use deceptive padding of the price when I was given one price per month from the salesman than finance. I think we were able to work out the discrepancies but am still hesitant to believe it as I haven’t seen any proof of the changes. Am hoping for the best at this point.

Fantastic customer service!! We purchased my Telluride at the Tampa location, but bring it to the NPR location for service. Excellent customer service and they go above and beyond to help their customers. Sal was my advisor and helped to schedule a delivery and pickup of my vehicle so it could be serviced. The gentlemen who picked it up were very friendly and polite. I could not be more pleased with my experience with this dealership. I HIGHLY recommend!
